Proposal Information

Description:

Intern will observe and participate in therapeutic groups under the direct supervision of Offender Rehabilitation Coordinators. The groups will consist of ART (Aggression Replacement Training), T4C (Thinking of Change), and Transitional Services Phase III (preparing for release back into society). You will assist staff in completing initial assessments, risk assessments and participate in the development of case plans for inmate clients. You will become familiarized with the Criminal Justice System, from courts, to professionalism while maintaining ethical standards in the field.
