Description:

IMMEDIATE NEED MAY 2018

Open to Graduate Students only

The position works between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (hours vary based on your availability) Monday - Friday

25 Hours per week when school is in session (international students limited to 20 hours when school in session)
25 Hours per week during Summer and other school breaks

$14.75/hour

The student will provide support to the Project Management Office. The role is primarily Administrative; there are no technical skills required; Activities include:

Perform Quality Analysis on Deliverable submissions - This includes validation that materials are correct and complete, may involve referencing other materials; the materials reviewed may include MS Word documents, PDF, and Excel.

Manage on-boarding of all project staff - this involves requesting access for new staff to the project and tracking the status on a spreadsheet; follow up is often required, there are many steps.

Qualifications: positive attitude with good organizational and communication skills; excellent verbal and written skills; must be able to work independently; excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, MS WORD and MS EXCEL.

Desirable Experience: experience working in a fast paced environment and ability to follow through and pay attention to detail.
