Description:

1. Assist professional staff in managing a designated mailbox for stakeholder questions.
2. Assist professional staff in research on specific subject areas.
3. Understanding State rules, regulations, guidance and prepare responses to stakeholder questions.
4. Write summaries of official documents, minutes of meetings, or prepare meeting agendas.
5. Assist in the production of short reports pertaining to the implementation of Managed Behavioral Health.
6. Training and exposure to Medicaid data and assist in the production of short analyses on service utilization and costs.
7. Assist in the development and maintenance of information reporting systems to evaluate health plan performance.
8. Assist professional staff in data mining, data analytics.
9. Required: Good writing skills
10. Required experience: Microsoft Word
11. Preferred but not required: Experience with SAS, SAS SQL, ArcGIS, Tableau, Excel.
