Proposal Information

Description:

* Support the project-based Stakeholder Services team in areas related to communications, training materials, change management, and outreach in support of SFS activities and the onboarding of additional agency users.
* Work with the team to develop stakeholder materials, including but not limited to communications, presentations, training materials, reference documents, and content for distributing to agencies and publishing to secure SFS website
* Conduct phone and email outreach to targeted agencies for reasons including but not limited to, action required in advance of business calendar events, to clarify transaction processing action required, to reinforce key stakeholder communications
* Assist SFS project teams in the coordination of agency activities to ensure agencies have information they need in a timely fashion
* Assist SFS project leads with the preparation and disseminating of materials to agencies for existing and new policies, programs and activities related to SFS enhancements
* Coordinate activities in support of projects at SFS to ensure the project objectives are met
* Develop and update internal procedural documentation capturing critical internal SFS business processes
* Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback received from internal and external stakeholders and assist with developing action plan recommendations
