1. Assist professional staff in the production of reports and ad hoc requests pertaining to the implementation of Managed Behavioral Health.
2. Assist in management and analysis of BH service utilization and costs.
3. Assist in the development and maintenance of information reporting systems used to evaluate health plan performance.
4. Data analyses in SAS, tableau, excel, and MAPS in ARCGIS.
5. Contribute in the development of programs and policies using data analytics.
6. Assist in responding to ad hoc questions from leadership and stakeholders using extracted data from OMH data systems.
