Description:
As a legal intern at OPRHP, a student may observe and/or participate in the legal work performed by counsel's office. This may include some, but not necessarily all, of the following activities:
- legal research
- writing of memoranda, briefs, letters, policy statements and analyses
- accompany attorneys to meetings, court appearances and/or agency proceedings
- draft documents for court or other proceedings
- transactional work
- client assistance, advocacy and representation
