Proposal Information

Description:

HR is seeking a qualified graduate student to assist in developing and improving our capacity to perform HR analytics. Human resources analytics involves the data mining of HR related databases and the use of ad hoc survey instruments to perform business analytics techniques to HR data. HR analytics can be used support performance measurements and HR LEAN projects, and assist management in addressing issues of employee turnover, succession planning, attendance and leave, recruitment challenges, discipline recidivism and grievance activity. Hours are expected to be 15-20 hrs per week during semesters, with opportunity for additional hours during vacation periods.
