Description:
This internship will consist of work assignments within the Custom Plate Unit in NYS DMV. The internship will offer students the opportunity to make an impact on our service levels that will positively impact our customers. The intern will work on complex projects that help develop their professional skills and further career development. The intern is required to become familiar with the general operation of the Custom Plate Unit to help define the optimum procedures to be documented as well as analyizing data and the current work flow to streamline processes. Potential assignments include developing detailed electronic procedures, report creation and process improvement projects.
