Proposal Information
Description:
* Provide legal support to NYSAC with regard to the regulation of boxing, wrestling and MMA;
* Review administrative documents and required filings for boxing, wrestling and MMA events;
* Assist NYSAC Staff at Professional Boxing, Wrestling and MMA Events;
* Draft and amend NYSAC rules and regulations;
* Prepare complaints, notices, briefs;
* Provide legal support to the NYSAC Medical Advisory Board;
* Prepare and review NYSAC annual reports and other public documents.
* 3 weekdays per week (9 am - 5 pm), and the possibility of scheduled boxing, wrestling or MMA events on Friday or Saturday evenings
