Description:
Research judgment debtors to determine their location and available assets.
Writing reports to supervising attorneys and assisting in the preparation of the requisite legal papers needed to enforce the judgments.
Assist the Board in meeting its discovery obligations in several complex cases by helping to review documents on the Board's e-Discovery platform.
Hours: 8:30-4:30, M-F during summer; varied schedules and fewer hours allowed during school year.
