Proposal Information

Description:

Victims are thrust into the Criminal Justice System at a time of high trauma. They are often unfamiliar with their rights and the language of the criminal justice system. One of the consequences of this lack of familiarity is victims don't know what their rights are and don't know how to exercise their rights.

Skills: I am looking for someone with marketing skills to assist in developing a marketing plan to inform victims of their post-conviction rights. The goal is to have more victims informed so that when they decide if they want to exercise their notification rights they are making a fully informed decision and they know where to go to exercise their rights.
