THE POSITION IS ONLY OPEN TO STUDENTS WHO GRADUATE IN THE FALL OF 2018 OR LATER

The position works between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (hours vary based on your availability) Monday - Friday
20 Hours per week when school is in session
25 Hours per week during Summer and other school breaks
$14.75/hour

The student will provide support to the Electronic Medical Records Project Management Office. Assist in all aspects of EMR project management related activities, including but not limited various project analysis and documentation to support the Project Management office and project team members. Create meeting agendas and minutes; coordinate the administrative activities of the EMR Project which include onboarding, travel and expense reports, and scheduling meetings using MS Outlook.

Qualifications: reliable and punctual; positive attitude with excellent organizational and communication skills; able to work with minimal supervision; excellent verbal and written skills; must be able to juggle multiple priorities and able to communicate needs to varying levels; must be highly organized and able to manage all requests and information being circulated and follow up accordingly, without supervisory reminders. Basic understanding of information systems, and excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, MS WORD and MS EXCEL.
