Description:
BASIC FUNCTION:
Assist with the management of the administration of economic development incentives (grants and loans) from point of offer acceptance through funding disbursement for projects undertaken by businesses and organizations such as municipalities, and not-for-profits, and local economic development organizations.

WORK PERFORMED:
* Preparation of directors approval documents.
* Compiling and reviewing applications, ensuring that project information is accurate in the web-based Project Tracking System.
* Reviewing requests for disbursement.
* Other tasks as directed by Loans and Grants project managers.
Skills:
Familiar with business, govmntl agencies
Knowledge of NYS geography and economies
Strong attention to detail
Excelnt written & verbal commuctn skills
MS Office - particularly Excel and Word
