Description:

BASIC FUNCTION:
Under the guidance of the training director (AVP of Human Resources), the training Intern assists in designing and developing training programs and informational sessions. This includes researching topics for new learning programs and identifying outside training resources.

WORK PERFORMED:
* Researching, planning and organizing training programs and webinars for all levels of personnel.
* Researching and writing material for new training programs.
* Building online training surveys.
* Preparing training aids such as agendas, instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids.
* Documenting, reviewing and organizing training procedural manuals and supporting documentation for training programs.
* Other training related projects and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Skills:

Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word

Knowledge of Excel

Knowledge of training & devel. concepts

Excellent written skills

Excellent oral communication skills
