Description:
The End User Services Communications Intern will assist the End Users Services Communication Manager with efforts to effectively communicate new services, upgrades or changes to ITS customers and partner agencies. The End User Services Communications Intern will work on a variety of communication including creating supporting documentation, user guides, FAQs and other related materials. The End User Services Communications Intern will also participate in other special initiatives designed to improve and enhance the customer experience.
Skills:
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Exp. developing written materials
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environ.
