Proposal Information

Description:

Office Hours are 8 am-4 pm, Monday-Friday

The Workers' Compensation Board will be implementing a new intranet site using SharePoint that will consolidate several individual intranet (internal) sites that are used currently. One of the intranet sites is the Board's Content Management system (Oracle Web Center) that includes 2,500+ documents. These documents include procedures, policies, and reference materials. The student intern will work directly with the Office of Continuous Improvement to develop a catalog of all the documents in the Oracle Web Center. The catalog will include the document file name, title of the document, and document type. The intern will work directly with business units at the Board to identify documents that can be removed from the system or need to be revised. In addition, the intern will identify in the catalog any related procedural documents (i.e.: associated procedures, and corresponding training job aids kept in a separate intranet site).
