Description:

This position will support various initiatives within the administrative office of the Deputy Chief Operations Office.

The type of work consists of administrative tasks and answering basic technical support questions.

Daily tasks include:

* Data Reconciliation
* Documenting procedures
* Answering Basic Technical Support questions in a professional and courteous manner
* Creating reports and Powerpoint Presentations

Internship Skills preferred:

* Technical Writing
* Data Analysis
* Customer Service
* General IT Support
* Familiarity with standard office products

Preferred degree concentration:

* Information Technology
* Business Administration

Eligibility Requirements:

Each opportunity has unique requirements, but all interested candidates must be:
-- a US Citizen or foreign national eligible to work in the United States
-- 18 years of age or older
-- Currently attending a New York State college, university, or graduate program or be a resident of New York State attending a college, university or graduate program outside of New York State.
-- a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year College or University (completion of one year's worth of academic credits over a more extended period of time may qualify part-time students for participation in the Student Intern Program); or a currently enrolled graduate student or accepted in a graduate degree program
-- have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0

Competitive Salary:
Undergraduate: $18.92/hour
Graduate: $21.23/hour
