Proposal Information

Description:

The Office of Justice Research and Performance (OJRP) provides research, analysis and performance data to enhance public safety and improve criminal justice in New York State. OJRP's Technical Support team is seeking an intern for the Spring 2017 semester. The intern should be skilled in Visual Basic coding and MS Access database applications. The intern will be involved from beginning to end of the system development life cycle; assist in the development and support of custom MS Access applications; work closely with OJRP researchers to build new MS Access applications and enhance and support existing applications; and provide technical documentation for MS Access applications. This opportunity will provide the intern with experience in business analysis, system development, and end user documentation.
