Proposal Information

Description:

-Evaluate network security products as needed including but not limited to: SSL & Client VPN technologies and network
load balancers. Evaluations include: identifying mandatory and desirable feature sets, developing assessment
strategies, testing equipment, coordinating vendor presentations, producing associated task lists and recommendations.
- Develop support documentation, such as network diagrams, overview and/or support documents.
- Schedule implementation activities and produce and execute test plans and project plans.
- Establish startup routines to perform daily health checks of remote access equipment.
- Investigate and take corrective action as necessary to ensure that devices are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Add, modify and change configurations to support remote access to applications and networks supported by ITS.
- Support highly available access model for ITS customers performing changes in a manner that minimizes downtime to end
users.
- Report and remediate any identified issues through prescribed support channels.
- Upgrade code versions as needed to support the necessary or desirable feature sets or to address known issues that
undermine the security or functionality of the existing configuration.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
