Proposal Information
Description:
1. Observe/participate in Community based education setting meetings.
2. Attend/participate in Support Team Meetings.
3. Visit/Tour local OCFS facilities and Voluntary Agencies.
4. Attend at least two Pre-Release Assessment visits with Youth Counselor.
5. Filing and review of probationary Intake materials and other relevant background case materials, to focus on traumatic
childhood/family events (ACES Study).
6. Attend/participate in Community Meetings, Sanctuary Team and Core meetings, Red Flag meetings.
7. Attend/observe a family court proceeding.
8. Review and sign off on OCFS Confidentiality statement memorandum and other related paperwork such as the SCR
Application check.
9. Attend/participate in a Sanctuary Model Overview session.
