At the college program in the Brookwood Center, the intern is expected to
* support the educational efforts of the staff
* provide educational support to the young men in the college program
* develop and practice basic competencies related to the field of human services, such as communication skills, relationship-building skills, listening and observational skills, and intervention skills that are relevant to the chosen setting.
