Description:

Role Summary:

* The Problem Manager Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting with the overall quality of the Problem Management Process
* Key responsibility is to assist the Problem Management Process Owner/ Problem Manager with the daily operations of managing the Problem Management process and ensuring information is gathered, recorded and complete.

Responsibilities:

* Ensures the standards and process of Problem Management are being followed
* Creates and distributes Problem Management reports
* Notifies the participants in the Problem Management process when standards and process are not being followed
* Performs day to day process administration
* Ensures completeness and integrity of information collected to conduct daily operations
* Assists with Sharepoint site maintenance

Hours of operation: Monday - Friday between 8 am - 5 pm.

Customer relationship skills

Good verbal and written communication

Ability to interact w/customers

General knowledge -Microsoft Ofc tools
