Proposal Information

Description:

The Division is requesting three interns for the summer. These interns will assist in the Division's Inactive Landfill Mapping initiative. The interns will be directed by staff to identify, locate and compile data on inactive landfills throughout the State. This work will include limited field work as the identified landfills may require field verification. These data would then be transferred to the Division's Solid Waste Information Management System.

Interns will have completed at least their sophomore year of college in the engineering, chemistry, biology, geology, cartography and / or the environmental sciences.
