Proposal Information

Description:

The primary project of this internship is streamlining the communication from the ATI Unit to both agencies and the public. Distribution lists, contact information and excel spreadsheets would be updated including the ATI program directory.

Additionally, duties will include Action Planning preparation including communication, scheduling and updating action planning materials. The intern will be part of one or more action planning sessions from start to finish.

Data collection and reviewing is also a large part of the work that the ATI Unit does. Complete and accurate information is necessary to ensure that all data provided to DCJS is provided back to programs and other entities appropriately, It may be necessary for the intern to assist in collecting this information.

In order for the intern to experience Action Planning in its entirety, it may be necessary for alternative scheduling to be made.

Internship is for 10 - 12 hours per week.
