Proposal Information

Description:

The Albany Call Center is seeking an intern to perform business and system analysis on the current telephony system through Verizon's Virtual Contact Center (VCC). The intern will document the current Interactive Voice Response (IVR) flow and provide recommendations to improve efficiencies within IVR. This may also include working with the business area and the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) to plan and conduct applications programming design, coding, testing and debugging in the VCC. The intern will also create custom reports from the VCC to provide to management.
