Description:
Serving on a team of HR professional staff, the intern will be involved in developing an HR Tool Kit for supervisors and managers. The Intern would assist in obtaining feedback on draft supervisory tools and making recommended changes before posting; developing supervisory tools on counseling, coaching, and resolving conflicts to augment face-to-face training; researching and developing helpful checklists, resources and tools, such as DMV forms, policies and procedures; Civil Service manuals, existing GOER trainings on time and attendance, performance evaluations, and other related topics, would also be part of the tool kit.
The intern would also be involved in developing a communications plan for notifying supervisors and managers of the new Tool Kit and preparing a template for notifying them of updates to the Tool Kit.
