Description:
GIS Tasks:
* Validate / correct locations of licensed premises using ArcMap
* Troubleshoot problems with GIS server and software as needed
* Work with agency staff, stakeholders and vendor teams to implement new GIS functionality.
New York Business Express Project (NYBE) \ e-Licensing:
* Conduct validation and regression testing
* Monitor M&O releases to production to assist with the validation and prioritization of defects
* Work with developers to identify and remediate defects
* Work with the NYBE team, agency staff, stakeholders and vendors to collect, analyze and define and document business and functional requirements
SLA Business Solutions:
* Assist in the support existing legacy systems including
o Licensing and Compliance Workflow Applications
o SLA Business Analytics Report Portal
