Proposal Information

Description:

Leasing activities within REPD:
* The negotiating of the terms of leases with property owners and ensuring their compliance with those terms.
* Preparation of lease term sheets and prepare lease packages.
* Identification of potential lease sites and development of project activities including completion dates and financial analysis.
* Inspections of leased premises both before and after agency occupancy to verify compliance with lease requirements;
* When necessary coordinate with Lease Construction & Compliance on complaints regarding leased property and develop statistical information and research on leases and lease issues.

Bureau of Land Management:
Work performed by BLM is specifically unique within state government and would offer exposure to a variety of specialized land use matters including;
* Preparation of market value survey and evaluation of sales data.
* Inspections of property including vacant land and lands underwater.
* Exposure to state permitting process for state assets & resources including a review of the fee structure
* How contractor appraisals are order, prepared and reviewed
* Methods of how recommendations are made for disposition and acquisition of State property.
