Description:
Assist the DEC process improvement manager with forming foundational elements for process and performance management Department-wide. This would include duties such as developing graphics and written summaries, assisting with process improvement projects, analyzing data, and conducting research in this topic area. The intern would work with project facilitation teams, to assist with developing process maps and organize team improvement deliverables and materials to help demonstrate agency benefits. This would include exposure to environmental management program areas involved in process improvement during the time of the intern's work at DEC.
