Proposal Information
Description:
Interns will work under the direction of the Case Management Unit supervisor. During the semester 12+ hours a week is preferred, however, we can be flexible around class schedules.
Interns will review and process written complaints and determine jurisdiction; draft referral letter to other agencies; track all complaints in a computerized case management system; maintain filing system: inputting and analyzing data and assisting staff with tasks as requested.
