Proposal Information

Description:

Interns will review police reports and other investigative reports and assess violations of the ABC Law. Interns will work with prosecuting attorneys drafting complaints against licensees and assist in drafting other legal documents as necessary for the discovery phase of the proceeding. Interns will have the opportunity to get trial experience by presenting evidence at administrative hearings.
Interns will assist in fast moving large scale investigations by drafting documents requests, review responsive documents for relevancy and assist in witness interview preparation.
Research various legal issues and draft memorandums for attorneys and Administrative Law Judges.
