Description:
As a legal intern you will be assigned to our Legal Affairs Division. Requires a 2-year commitment. Incumbent would work 12-15
hours per week during the school year and full time during breaks and the summer. Incumbent to be trained by a staff attorney
on how to review claims in which an application for Full Board Review (FBR) has been filed from a Board Panel decision, and
how to write a proposed recommendation to the Board. It is anticipated incumbent could produce 1 FBR per week during training
period. Direct assignments will be given by an Associate Attorney. Once fully trained, it is anticipated the incumbent could be
used to supplement the staff attorneys and substitute for attorneys on vacation, and produce 3-5 FBRs per week.
