Description and Duties:
This position is located at Bennington Battlefield State Historic Site in Rensselaer County. The intern's duties would include but not limited to:
supporting the interpretation of the site and working on special projects, as assigned.
setting up and operating an information table,
visitor greeting and orientation,
leading tours
completing staff-led projects,
making physical improvements to the site that enhance the visitor experience.
Timeframe:
Ideal candidate would be available early May through mid-August; available to 8/16 (flexibility in schedule possible)
Hours:
20 -30 hours a week
Pay rate:
$17.11/hr
